During review, we consider consent, rights, and contributor context. Unnecessary personal data is not requested. Outcome: removal, privacy redaction, or restoration. The editorial decision is documented privately.

భారతీయ IT చట్టం, 2000 మరియు IT (మధ్యవర్తి మార్గదర్శకాలు మరియు డిజిటల్ మీడియా ఎథిక్స్ కోడ్) నిబంధనలు, 2021 ప్రకారం, చట్టవిరుద్ధ కంటెంట్ లేదా గోప్యతా ఉల్లంఘనల గురించి సరైన ఫిర్యాదు అందిన తర్వాత 72 గంటల్లో కంటెంట్ తొలగించబడుతుంది. పిల్లలకు సంబంధించిన చట్టవిరుద్ధ కంటెంట్ NCMEC మరియు/లేదా అధికారులకు నివేదించబడుతుంది.Under the Indian IT Act, 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, content will be removed within 72 hours of receiving a valid complaint regarding unlawful content or privacy violations. Unlawful content involving minors is reported to NCMEC and/or law enforcement authorities.
